I had been told I needed to wait 2 hours to collect the car so it could be washed and valated. I therefore waited the specified time only to collect the car without it being either washed or valeted!

Although Sytner did thier best to Dignostic process i felt for a bmw specialist they could have Dignosed the faulty hydraulic pipe without having to replace the master cylinder 1st..the labour cost went up due to the protocol.. the Dignostic process

Process was poor. Rang me up the day before to confirm, fine, but then don't text and e-mail me. Service should have taken 2 hours. I was waiting 4. I would have asked for a couresy car or a lift had I have known. I dont even know what work was done

Very poor experience! Car was due for MOT & recall. Had to wait over 40 mins to hand over my key - on return even though I was called to say car was ready at 4pm - had to wait until 5.45pm! Also price for brakes was misleading & deceitful

Was told by call support centre it was a while you wait service (2 hours). As mentioned to support centre I wouldn't trust that from prior experience. Luckily I didn't I dropped vehicle off at 8 am, didn't get another call to 4.00pm.

Was charged £150 to diagnose and issue. Charged £280 to change transmission oil as was told that was the problem. Within ten minutes of me driving away it was obvious the problem was not solved. I was given a comp car wash, which was terrible.

Poor service. Initial drop off was smooth. didn't call when ready. Had to chase and nearly missed closing time. They were apologetic, but had to wait another 30 mins as they seemed to have forgotten I was there. Had to chase again on two occasions.

The car was in for a software update. This was undertaken in a timely manner. Efficient staff, professional, polite and informative. Whether it's Sam or any of the team they all seem to do their jobs giving 100% Plus. We are very satisfied.

Because the issue is still there but apparently they can't hear the fault. I picked the car up after having a PDI it had no washer fluid in it. The overall experience with sales has been very poor.
