Despite a minor issue with a scratch to the wing mirror, number plates, and water marks left by valeters, Dom took it upon himself to clean it himself and reassured me the other issues would be dealt with. This has been arranged promptly. Thanks Dom!

First of all there was a little confusion about a few problems but this didn't reflect on the actual service being done just a miss communication and even though the parts were not ready Jay has rebooked us in to fix the problem.

Personnel were great but I had to bring the car straight back due to some software issue which caused the car to lag and affect the exhaust valvetronic system. Which was fine when I dropped it off. But they were quick to find the fault and rectify it
