I booked a waiting appointment, I was informed it would take 3 hrs to complete. After 1.25 hrs my car was still parked where I left it. I should not be made to wait before 3 hrs for a 1.75 hr job. Communication from the dealership is not very good.

Very good as always, but have given 4 stars on this occasion as part of the Health-check was to also look at coolant levels which may not have been done. I checked myself yesterday when the engine was cold and level was below the min line.
